David H. Cook practices in the areas of estate planning, elder law, probate administration and litigation, civil and business litigation, real estate, corporate law, and business transactions. David received his undergraduate degree from Graceland College in 1969. He received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1972 from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and was admitted to the Missouri Bar the same year. In 1977, he was admitted and qualified as an Attorney and Counselor for the Supreme Court of the United States.
David has been involved in the community, having acted as legal counsel for the Independence Chamber of Commerce, and is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Comprehensive Mental Health Services, Inc. He is a member of the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association and the Missouri Bar.
